active, participatory, creative, critical, self-critical, reflective and problem atizing methodology of current reality. The present investigation revolves 
around the following problem object of investigation: In what form the 
traditional education of the law consolidates the parcelling of the knowl edge fortifying to the positivist formalism of the knowledge and inhibits the 
methodological plurality, impeding the development of the new perspec tives to generate paradigms of legal research closest to the scientific and
