abstract = {Los derechos humanos son una concepción universalista coincidente con el tiempo, con las teorías de Heidegger, Sartre, etc. El hombre se considera un ser privilegiado por su dignidad; un ser que está en el mundo, entre las cosas, para ponerlas a su servicio con los otros, como género para llevar una existencia auténtica de acuerdo a su intuición, a fin de llegar a la verdadera naturaleza del ser. Al ser humano se le quiere poner en la existencia del género, proyectada en la universalidad. La toma de conciencia de los derechos se encuentra en el pensamiento subyacente, como un ser para sí en tanto que pertenencia al género. Por fin el hombre tendrá su existencia a partir de sí mismo, al haber encontrado en su propio ser una existencia que pueda realizarse a partir de una vida basada en la protección del derecho de cada individuo, que se extiende inexorablemente a la humanidad. Será el inicio de la desalienación para
libremente poseerse a sí mismo por la conciencia. Si bien parece que las libertades se sustituyen por la igualdad material y de creencia en lo inmanente, porque la esencia del género sólo puede dar consistencia a la existencia de manera mecánicamente igualitaria.},
abstract = {There is a universalistic theory of human rights that is coetaneous with the thought of Heidegger and Sartre, among others. Man is considered to be a privileged being due to his dignity, a being that inhabits the world, and is among things to use them to his benefit and that of others. The fact that Man belongs to a kind (Mankind) allows him to lead an authentic existence according to his intuition, as a means to reach the true nature of being. Man is thus put into existence through Mankind, and Mankind in turn is universally projected. Awareness of human rights is a product of
the underlying notion of Man as a being-for-itself in so far as he belongs
to Mankind. Man will at last be the foundation of his own existence, for
he has found within his being the foundation for an existence that can
be fulfilled through a life based on the protection of the rights of each
individual, a protection inexorably extended to all Mankind. This will be the beginning of de-alienation, which will enable Man to possess himself
through consciousness. Nevertheless, it seems that freedom is replaced
by material equality and immanent beliefs, since through the notion of
Mankind, by definition, one can only conceive human existence in a mechanically egalitarian way.},
