abstract = {La importancia que presenta la cuestión metodológica en la reglamentación del tráfico jurídico externo está en estrecha relación con la constante evolución del Derecho internacional privado. Este artículo analiza las principales construcciones conflictualistas europeas que han aspirado a abordar, desde la perspectiva del sector del conflicto de leyes, las cuestiones atinentes a la reglamentación del contrato internacional. En particular, el autor se ocupa de las diferentes soluciones doctrinales que se han ofrecido en el marco de la metodología bilateralista, unilateralista, o a través de la combinación de ambas. Lejos de tratarse de un trabajo de corte exclusivamente dogmático, el análisis de las diferentes construcciones
permite concluir al autor sobre las bondades de la fuerte imbricación entre el corpus doctrinal y normativo, de mano de la respectiva consagración positiva de dichas doctrinas en las codificación nacional,
internacional y europea.},
abstract = {The importance of the methodological question regarding the reglamentation of cross-border legal relationships is closely linked to the continuous evolution of International Private Law. This work analyzes the main
european conflict constructions that have tackled, from a conflict-of-law
perspective, questions regarding the international contract reglamentation. In particular, the author focuses on the different doctrinal solutions
given in the framework of bilateral and unilateral methodology, or through
the combination of both. Far from being an exclusively dogmatic work,
the analysis of the different constructions allows the author to conclude
about the virtues of the strong interdependence between the doctrinal
and normative corpus, by the hand of the positive recognition of the said
doctrines in the national, international and european codification.},
