abstract = {Transparency is an undetermined juridical concept, a value as well as
a criterion for weighing up the correct design, planning, execution and
transposition of the huge number of legislative initiatives in the European
Union. Transparency is a flag that must be flown over each and every one
of the European Institutions which take part in this procedure. Besides,
this article focuses on the repercussions of the transparency on the closeness, implication and feeling of membership of the individual citizen regarding the community integration process. The line began by the Transparency Register in the EU is the right way to articulate the interests that
