abstract = {Does the law pretend to be morally obligatory? The sense of the obligatoriness in law, is the same as the sense of the obligatoriness in the moral reasoning? The purpose of this article is to show the reasons that lead Raz and Finnis to identify a type of legal obligation that is distinct from the obligation in the moral sense, but in connection with it, and to highlight some of their inconsistencies, especially in relation to the exclusionary character of the law and the nature of the legal obligation that they defend.},
