abstract = {El presente trabajo tiene como objeto el análisis crítico de las principales 
novedades que, desde una perspectiva internacional privatista, introduce la Ley 20/2011 del Registro Civil, cuya entrada en vigor está prevista 
para julio del 2014. Los autores abordan, en este sentido, aspectos tan 
variados, como los referidos a la relación de fuentes normativas de Derecho Internacional Privado (DIPr); las consecuencias de la nueva filosofía que introduce la citada normativa, muy alejada de la tradicional, tendente a la publicación del sistema registral; y, en especial, los aspectos 
más relevantes del sistema autónomo español de DIPr en relación con 
los documentos públicos extranjeros como título para su inscripción en 
el Registro civil español. De manera más particular, los autores abordan 
las peculiaridades propias del tratamiento de los documentos extranjeros 
extrajudiciales, las certificaciones registrales extranjeras y las resoluciones judiciales.},
abstract = {The aim of this study is the critical analysis of the main news that, from a 
private international perspective, the Civil Registry Act 20/2011 of 21 July, which will come into force in July 2014, has introduced. Authors tackle, 
in this sense, different aspects such as those regarding the relationship 
between International Private Law legal sources; the consequences of 
this philosophy, very far from the tradition, tending to the publification of 
the registration system; and, in particular, the most relevant aspects of 
the Spanish autonomous International Private Law, concerning the foreign public documents as a title for its registration in the Spanish Civil 
Registry. In a more particular way, the authors approach the peculiarities 
of the treatment of foreign extrajudicial documents, foreign registration 
certifications and foreign judgments.},
